Meredith, who earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, has cultivated a company culture rooted in learning, empathy, and human connections at Leapley Construction.

She has a Masters’ Degree in Industrial Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology where she was a Research Assistant at the Center for Assistive Technology and Environmental Access and the Human Factors Lab on the Georgia Tech Research Institute. He has spent most of his 10+ year profession growing expertise and consulting led products to deliver worth across FinTech, PropTech, and now Climate industries.

Alexander Alonso, PhD, SHRM-SCP is the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM’s) Chief Knowledge Officer leading operations for SHRM Certification, Research features, SHRM’s Paragon Labs, and SHRM Foundation. During his profession, he has led numerous global business initiatives with the aim of unleashing human potential by way of evidence-based management.
